Account and profile fields, ride and safety records, device and application diagnostics, location when the relevant feature is used, Driver eligibility evidence, and support or account requests may be processed to operate and protect the service.
Data is used for authentication, ride coordination, safety, eligibility, fraud prevention, support and legally required records. Access must be limited to the user, authorized reviewers and service components that need it.
Account deletion is subject to the applicable approved retention rules and may preserve records needed for security, disputes, audit or legal duties. An exact public retention schedule has not yet been approved for this country, so this page does not invent one.
